      Abstract
      ANDREAS EBIETPRADANA. Sintesis dan Karakterisasi Sifat Optik dan Sifat Listrik Diode Schottky Film Stronsium Titanat (SrTiO3). Dibimbing oleh IRMANSYAH dan IRZAMAN. Diode Schottky film stronsium titanat (SrTiO3) telah berhasil dibuat dengan menggunakan metode Chemical Solution Deposition (CSD). Film SrTiO3 dibuat dengan metode annealing pada suhu 400°C dengan variasi waktu holding time 4 jam, 10 jam, dan 16 jam. Spektrofotometer UV-Vis digunakan untuk karakterisasi sifat optik dan menghasilkan nilai reflektansi yang dapat diolah menjadi nilai energi gap. Nilai energi gap yang diperoleh pada ketiga variasi waktu holding time berada pada rentang 2.89 eV – 2.98 eV. Nilai energi gap yang diperoleh menandakan bahwa diode schottky yang telah dibuat termasuk dalam semikonduktor. Karakterisasi sifat listrik menggunakan LCR Meter untuk memperoleh nilai konduktansi yang akan diolah menjadi nilai konduktivitas listrik, serta nilai kapasitansi yang setelah dioleh menghasilkan nilai konstanta dielektrik.
       
      ANDREAS EBIETPRADANA. Synthesis and Characterization of the Optical and Electrical Properties of the Schottky Diode Strontium Titanate Film (SrTiO3. Supervised by IRMANSYAH and IRZAMAN. Schottky diodes made from strontium titanate (SrTiO3) film have been successfully created using the Chemical Solution Deposition (CSD) method. The SrTiO3 film was made using an annealing method at 400°C with holding times of 4 hours, 10 hours, and 16 hours. A UV-Vis spectrophotometer was used to characterize the optical properties and produced reflectance values that could be processed into band gap values. The band gap values obtained for the three different holding times ranged from 2.89 eV to 2.98 eV. The energy gap value obtained indicates that the Schottky diode that was made falls under the semiconductor category. The electrical properties were characterized using an LCR Meter to get the conductance, which is then processed into electrical conductivity, as well as the capacitance, which after processing gives the dielectric constant.
