      Abstract
      Proses rekrutmen tenaga lapangan pada bisnis kopi keliling masih dilakukan melalui berbagai media komunikasi sehingga data pelamar dan informasi rekrutmen dikelola secara terpisah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan fitur rekrutmen tenaga lapangan berbasis web menggunakan metode Extreme Programming dengan penerapan praktik Pair Programming, Refactoring, dan Continuous Integration. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem memenuhi Acceptance Test Criteria dan memperoleh tingkat penerimaan tenaga lapangan sebesar 91,43% berdasarkan User Acceptance Testing dengan kategori sangat baik. Selain itu, hasil pengujian menunjukkan rata-rata waktu proses pendaftaran sebesar 62,88 detik dan pengelolaan status rekrutmen sebesar 65,08 detik. Sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses rekrutmen, mendukung pengelolaan data secara terpusat, serta meningkatkan transparansi proses rekrutmen tenaga lapangan.
       
      The field worker recruitment process in a coffee cart business was conducted through multiple communication channels, causing applicant data and recruitment information to be managed separately. This study aimed to develop a web-based field worker recruitment feature using the Extreme Programming method with the implementation of Pair Programming, Refactoring, and Continuous Integration practices. The results showed that all system functions met the defined Acceptance Test Criteria and achieved a user acceptance score of 91.43% based on User Acceptance Testing, categorized as very good. In addition, the testing results showed an average registration process time of 62.88 seconds and an average recruitment status management time of 65.08 seconds. The developed system improved recruitment process efficiency, supported centralized data management, and enhanced transparency in the field worker recruitment process.
