| dc.description.abstract | ILHAM ARDIANSYAH. Pemanfaatan Fitobiotik Jahe Merah dan Daun Kelor untuk Meningkatkan Pertumbuhan dan Kelangsungan Hidup Udang Vaname. Dibimbing oleh WIDANARNI dan MOHAMAD IQBAL KURNIAWINATA. Udang vaname Litopenaeus vannamei merupakan salah satu komoditas perikanan budidaya dengan nilai ekonomi yang tinggi serta permintaan pasar yang terus meningkat, baik di tingkat domestik maupun internasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penambahan fitobiotik jahe merah dan daun kelor secara tunggal maupun kombinasi dalam pakan terhadap pertumbuhan, kelangsungan hidup, respons imun, dan kelimpahan Vibrio sp. pada udang vaname Litopenaeus vannamei. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan, yaitu kontrol, jahe merah 0,9%, daun kelor 2%, dan kombinasi keduanya, masing-masing tiga ulangan. Parameter meliputi SGR, SR, FCR, THC, AF, PO, RB, dan TVC. Hasil menunjukkan kombinasi (P3) memberikan hasil terbaik dengan SGR 2,532 ± 0,129%/hari, SR 65,00 ± 5,00%, dan FCR 1,583 ± 0,064, serta meningkatkan respons imun dan menurunkan TVC hepatopankreas hingga 90,3% dibandingkan kontrol. Kombinasi jahe merah dan daun kelor berpotensi sebagai fitobiotik alami untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan imunitas udang vaname. | |
| dc.description.abstract | ILHAM ARDIANSYAH. Utilization of Red Ginger and Moringa Leaf Phytobiotics to Improve Growth and Survival Rate of Pacific White Shrimp. Supervised by WIDANARNI and MOHAMAD IQBAL KURNIAWINATA. Pacific white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei is an economically valuable aquaculture commodity with increasing market demand, both domestically and internationally. This study aimed to analyze the effects of dietary supplementation with red ginger and moringa leaf phytobiotics, both singly and in combination, on the growth performance, survival rate, immune response, and Vibrio sp. abundance in L. vannamei. A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was employed with four treatments control, red ginger 0.9%, moringa leaf 2%, and their combination each with three replicates. Parameters measured included SGR, SR, FCR, THC, AF, PO, RB, and TVC. Results showed that the combination treatment (P3) yielded the best performance, with an SGR of 2.53 ± 0.13%/day, SR of 65.00 ± 5.00%, and FCR of 1.58 ± 0.07, while also enhancing immune response and reducing hepatopancreatic TVC by up to 90.3% compared to the control. The combination of red ginger and moringa leaf shows potential as a natural phytobiotic to improve growth performance and immunity in Pacific white shrimp. | |
