      Abstract
      Pengelolaan anggaran di Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Bogor secara terpisah menggunakan Google Forms dan berkas Excel menyulitkan konsolidasi data dan memperlambat evaluasi keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dashboard analitik berbasis web untuk mengintegrasikan data rencana dan realisasi anggaran SPJ bulanan secara otomatis. Sistem dibangun dengan metode Prototipe menggunakan teknologi PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap, JavaScript, dan Chart.js, serta diuji lewat Black Box Testing dengan teknik Equivalence Partitioning. Penelitian ini menghasilkan dashboard interaktif bernama Si-KLEPON yang terintegrasi menampilkan perbandingan rencana, realisasi, persentase serapan, deviasi, dan status kinerja anggaran. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem berfungsi 100% tanpa galat dan mekanisme validasinya berjalan akurat. Sistem ini berhasil menyederhanakan konsolidasi data sehingga pemantauan dan evaluasi kinerja keuangan instansi menjadi lebih cepat, akurat, dan transparan.
       
      Separate budget management at the Badan Pusat Statistik of Bogor City using Google Forms and Excel files complicates data consolidation and delays financial evaluation. This study aims to develop a web-based analytical dashboard to automatically integrate monthly budget planning and expenditure realization data. The system was built using the Prototype method with PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and Chart.js, and tested via Black Box Testing with the Equivalence Partitioning technique. This research delivers an integrated, interactive dashboard named Si-KLEPON that displays plan-realization comparisons, absorption percentages, deviations, and budget performance status. Based on the testing results, the system functions flawlessly at a 100% success rate, and its validation mechanisms operate accurately. The system successfully simplifies data consolidation, enabling faster, more accurate, and transparent monitoring of institutional financial performance.
