dc.description.abstractKetimpangan distribusi beban kerja pengajar merupakan tantangan utama dalam sistem penjadwalan manual di lembaga bimbingan belajar. Model dikembangkan dalam bentuk formulasi Integer Goal Programming yang mengakomodasi berbagai kendala operasional, seperti kompetensi pengajar, kapasitas ruang, blok sesi pembelajaran, dan pemerataan beban kerja di Student Center Serang. Masalah diselesaikan menggunakan perangkat lunak LINGO 21.0 pada siklus operasional dua pekan melalui dua skenario pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model berhasil menekan ketimpangan beban kerja pengajar dengan tingkat perbaikan pemerataan beban kerja sebesar 68,69% pada skenario cabang tunggal dan 60,47% pada skenario integrasi dua cabang dibandingkan jadwal aktual. Temuan ini menunjukkan efektivitas model dalam menghasilkan jadwal yang optimal tanpa melanggar berbagai batasan operasional yang telah ditetapkan. Implikasi penelitian ini menyediakan solusi bagi manajemen Student Center Serang untuk menghasilkan sistem penjadwalan terkomputasi yang efisien, adaptif, dan adil.
dc.description.abstractTeacher workload imbalance is a primary challenge in manual scheduling systems within tutoring institutions. A scheduling model was developed as an Integer Goal Programming formulation that accommodates various operational constraints, including teacher competencies, classroom capacity, learning session blocks, and workload balancing at Student Center Serang. The problem was solved using LINGO 21.0 software for a two-week operational cycle through two testing scenarios. The results show that the model successfully reduced teacher workload imbalance, achieving a 68.69% improvement in workload balance in the single-branch scenario and 60.47% in the integrated two-branch scenario compared to the actual schedule. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of the model in generating optimal schedules without violating the established operational constraints. The implications of this research provide Student Center Serang management with a solution for implementing an efficient, adaptive, and fair computerized scheduling system.
