      Abstract
      Monitoring parameter Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) secara konvensional masih bersifat manual, tidak terdokumentasi, dan sulit diintegrasikan untuk analisis tren, padahal Industri 4.0 menuntut data operasional yang real-time dan akurat untuk mendukung predictive maintenance. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem monitoring parameter operasi VFD menggunakan ctrlX Automation sebagai pusat pemrosesan data, WebIQ untuk visualisasi, serta Node-RED, InfluxDB, dan Grafana untuk pengelolaan data historis. VFD berbasis Modbus RTU dihubungkan ke ctrlX CORE melalui gateway USR-DR302 yang mengonversi ke Modbus TCP, diproses dengan Structured Text pada PLC, lalu diteruskan dan divisualisasikan, dengan peringatan dini ditentukan berdasarkan Arrhenius-based Thermal Degradation Model (10-Degree Rule). Sistem berhasil diimplementasikan dengan komunikasi yang stabil, nilai parameter pada WebIQ yang konsisten dengan Local Control Panel VFD, serta mampu memberikan notifikasi alarm otomatis saat temperatur melebihi batas aman. Implementasi ini memberikan solusi monitoring terintegrasi yang meningkatkan efektivitas pemantauan kondisi VFD dan mempermudah pengambilan keputusan berbasis data real-time untuk mendukung predictive maintenance
       
      Conventional monitoring of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) parameters remains manual, undocumented, and difficult to integrate for trend analysis, whereas Industry 4.0 requires real-time and accurate operational data to support predictive maintenance. This study aims to design and implement a monitoring system for VFD operating parameters using ctrlX Automation as the central data processor, WebIQ for visualization, and Node-RED, InfluxDB, and Grafana for historical data management. The VFD, based on Modbus RTU, is connected to the ctrlX CORE via a USR-DR302 gateway converting to Modbus TCP, processed using Structured Text on the PLC, then forwarded and visualized, with early warnings determined based on the Arrhenius-based Thermal Degradation Model (10-Degree Rule). The system was successfully implemented with stable communication, WebIQ parameter values consistent with the VFD's Local Control Panel, and automatic alarm notifications when temperature exceeded the safe limit. This implementation provides an integrated monitoring solution that improves VFD condition monitoring effectiveness and facilitates real-time data-driven decision-making to support predictive maintenance.
