Abstract

RAFLY DWI SYAHPUTRA. Evaluasi Pemupukan Kelapa Sawit TBM berdasarkan SOP dan Realisasi Parameter 5T di Kebun Sei Lukut. Dibimbing oleh UNDANG. Pemupukan merupakan salah satu kegiatan pemeliharaan yang sangat penting dalam budidaya kelapa sawit, khususnya pada fase Tanaman Belum Menghasilkan (TBM). Keberhasilan pemupukan dipengaruhi oleh penerapan prinsip 5T yang meliputi tepat jenis, tepat dosis, tepat waktu, tepat cara, dan tepat tempat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat penerapan prinsip 5T, mengevaluasi kesesuaian pelaksanaan pemupukan dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) perusahaan, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi ketidaksesuaian pelaksanaannya. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Oktober–Desember 2025 di PT Surya Intisari Raya 1 Kebun Sei Lukut, Kabupaten Siak, Provinsi Riau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif melalui observasi langsung kegiatan pemupukan, pengukuran lapangan, wawancara, dan analisis data perusahaan.

Fertilization is one of the most important maintenance practices in oil palm cultivation, particularly during the immature stage. The success of fertilization is highly dependent on the implementation of the 5R principles, namely the right type, right dosage, right timing, right method, and right placement. This study aimed to analyze the implementation level of the 5R principles, evaluate the conformity of fertilization practices with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and identify factors causing non-conformities. The research was conducted from October to December 2025 at PT Surya Intisari Raya 1, Sei Lukut Estate, Siak Regency, Riau Province. A quantitative descriptive method was employed through direct field observations, measurements, interviews, and company data analysis.
