Emergency communication between the Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) Station and the AirNav Tower is essential for supporting rapid airport emergency response. This study aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based digital crashbell prototype using an ESP32 microcontroller and a W5500 Ethernet module communicating through the TCP/IP protocol over an Ethernet network. The system implements an event-driven communication approach, allowing each unit to send and receive events bidirectionally without relying on a central controller. In addition to emergency communication, the system provides a webbased monitoring emergency and Telegram notifications for realtime monitoring. The research consisted of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and performance evaluation using latency and delivery rate parameters. The prototype achieved a 99.23% delivery rate with an average latency of 19.27 ms, indicating reliable and responsive data communication. Therefore, the proPoskoed system can serve as a modern and integrated TCP/IP-based alternative for airport emergency communication.
