kinerja staf asing di Hotel The Archipelago.
performa staf. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The hospitality industry relies on the quality of its human resources, including foreign staff
who face challenges related to cultural and language adaptation. This study aims to identify
workplace conditions and analyze their impact on the satisfaction and performance of foreign staff
at The Archipelago Hotel. Workplace conditions in this study include IT equipment, the physical
environment of the workspace, and non-technical support facilities. This study employs a
quantitative approach using a saturation sampling method on the entire population of foreign staff,
consisting of 30 respondents. Primary data were collected via a questionnaire and analyzed using
simple linear regression, the t-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²).
The research results show that the condition of work facilities at The Archipelago Hotel is
in the “very good” category and meets operational standards. The results of the data analysis in the
first model indicate that work facilities have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with
a contribution of 50.6%. In the second model, work facilities also have a positive and significant
effect on the performance of foreign staff, with a larger contribution of 58.1%. This confirms that
the availability of adequate infrastructure—including effective digital communication via the Line
app—is crucial for supporting the productivity and service quality of cross-cultural staff.
Management is advised to optimize Wi-Fi coverage in specific areas and to consider non-physical
factors, such as recognition, to continuously improve staff performance. | |
