Hutan rakyat Desa Karacak memiliki potensi lokal berupa atraksi, kuliner, edukasi, dan rekreasi yang belum terintegrasi sebagai agrowisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi potensi hutan rakyat, menganalisis kondisi sosial-ekonomi dan fasilitas wisata, serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan berbasis Smart Small Scale Multi Purpose Forest Management Unit (S3MPFMU). Analisis yang dilakukan mencakup komponen 4A (atraksi, amenitas, aksesibilitas, dan layanan pendukung), daya dukung fisik fasilitas, dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya dukung fisik fasilitas mencapai 1.746 orang per hari, tetapi fasilitas dasar masih perlu ditata dan ditambah. Sintesis AHP menetapkan Smart Ecology sebagai prioritas utama dengan bobot 0,578, diikuti Smart Production 0,240 dan Smart Social-Governance 0,182. Strategi tersebut dioperasionalkan melalui paket wisata yang dirinci dalam itinerary dan biaya perjalanan. Pengembangan ini berimplikasi pada perlunya penataan rute, fasilitas, dan kelembagaan secara bertahap. The community forest in Karacak Village has local potential in the form of attractions, cuisine, education, and recreation that has not yet been integrated into agritourism. This study aims to identify the potential of the community forest, analyze socioeconomic conditions and tourism facilities, and formulate a development strategy based on the Smart Small Scale Multi-Purpose Forest Management Unit (S3MPFMU). The analysis covered the 4A components (attractions, amenities, accessibility, and support services), the physical carrying capacity of the facilities, and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of the study indicate that the physical carrying capacity of the facilities is 1,746 people per day, but basic facilities still need to be improved and expanded. The AHP analysis identifies Smart Ecology as the top priority with a weight of 0,578, followed by Smart Production at 0,240 and Smart Social-Governance at 0,182. These strategies are implemented through tourism packages detailed in itineraries and travel costs. This development implies the need for a phased approach to route planning, facilities, and institutional arrangements.
