      Abstract
      Metrik Reissner-Nordstrom (RN) 3+1 telah dikonstruksi pada penelitian sebelumnya. Penambahan dimensi ruang baru diperlukan guna merumuskan metrik tingkat tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan metrik RN 4+1, radius singularitas, persamaan gerak dan potensial efektif serupa Newton untuk partikel tidak bermassa, serta menganalisis potensial efektif partikel di sekitar lubang hitam. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan transformasi koordinat, penurunan Lagrangian, persamaan Euler-Lagrange, dan integrasi numerik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan satu dimensi ruang dapat menghasilkan metrik RN 4+1. Komponen metrik tersebut digunakan untuk menentukan keberadaan radius singularitas. Dengan membuat Lagrangian bernilai nol didapat persamaan gerak dan potensial efektif serupa Newton untuk partikel tidak bermassa. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan potensial efektif ke dalam MATLAB, sehingga didapatkan visualisasi grafiknya. Variasi massa dan muatan membuat maksimum-minimum lokal bergeser, sedangkan variasi momentum sudut hanya mengubah amplitudo maksimum lokalnya.
       
      The Reissner-Nordstrom (RN) 3+1 metric was constructed in previous research. The addition of new spatial dimensions is needed to formulate high-level metric. This research aims to formulate the RN 4+1 metric, singularity radius, Newton-like equations of motion and effective potential for massless particles, as well as analyzing the effective potential of particles around black holes. The methods used involve coordinate transformation, derivation of the Lagrangian, Euler-Lagrange equations, and numerical integration. The research results show that adding one spatial dimension can produce RN 4+1 metric. These metric components are used to determine the presence of a singularity radius. By making the Lagrangian zero-valued, we obtain Newton-like equations of motion and effective potential for massless particles. The analysis is carried out by integrating the effective potential into MATLAB, so that a graphic visualization is obtained. Variations in mass and charge make the local maximum-minimum shift, while variations in angular momentum only change the amplitude of the local maximum.
