PT Reckat Composites Delmima generates domestic wastewater from its
operational activities, requiring proper management to prevent environmental pollution. Utilizing wastewater for plant irrigation needs the company to have a Technical Approval, supported by a technical standard document in accordance with Ministerial Regulation of Environment and Forestry Number 5 of 2021. This study aims to prepare a technical standard document for domestic wastewater utilization in plant irrigation at PT Reckat Composites Delmima, covering a feasibility assessment, a treatment system design as its technical basis, and the
compilation of document components referring to Appendix III of the regulation. An anaerobic-aerobic biofilter system with a capacity of 18 m³/day was selected as the technical reference, producing effluent that meets the irrigation quality standard, with green open space sufficient for the minimum land requirement. The document covers quality standards, human resource competency, and an environmental management system, ready as the basis for the Technical Approval submission.
