| dc.description.abstract | Persaingan industri makanan ringan menuntut perusahaan meningkatkan
efisiensi melalui standardisasi waktu kerja. CV Rahayu Sentosa menghadapi
kendala ketidakkonsistenan waktu kerja operator dan tingginya variasi gerakan
manual pada pengemasan makaroni, sehingga target belum tercapai. Penelitian ini
bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor variasi waktu, menganalisis waktu siklus aktual,
serta menetapkan waktu baku kerja. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi
langsung dengan metode stopwatch time study, gerakan Therblig, dan Peta Tangan
Kiri dan Tangan Kanan sebanyak 20 siklus. Hasil analisis menunjukkan stasiun
pengisian produk menjadi bottleneck dengan waktu baku terbesar yaitu 40,44
detik/pack. Kapasitas output standar saat ini adalah 445 pack/hari dengan
produktivitas 30 pack/jam/orang. Berdasarkan analisis Five Why's, inefisiensi
disebabkan oleh tata letak area kerja dan gerakan non-produktif. Perbaikan metode
melalui usulan PTKTK berhasil memotong waktu siklus pengisian dari 31,68
menjadi 25,7 detik dan elemen penimbangan dari 3,78 menjadi 3,1 detik untuk
membantu pencapaian target perusahaan. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Competition in the snack food industry requires companies to improve
efficiency through the standardization of work time. CV Rahayu Sentosa faced
challenges with inconsistent operator work times and high variations in manual
movements during macaroni packaging, leaving production targets unachieved.
This study aimed to identify time variation factors, analyze actual cycle times, and
establish standard work times. Data collection was conducted through direct
observation using the stopwatch time study method, Therblig motion study, and
Left and Right-Hand Charts across 20 cycles. The analysis results indicated that the
product filling workstation was the main bottleneck, with the longest standard time
of 40.44 seconds/pack. The current standard output capacity was 445 packs/day,
with a productivity rate of 30 packs/hour/person. Based on the Five Why's analysis,
inefficiencies stemmed from the workspace layout and non-productive movements.
The proposed method improvement through the redesigned LRHC successfully
reduced the filling cycle time from 31.68 to 25.7 seconds and the weighing element
from 3.78 to 3.1 seconds to support the achievement of company targets. | |
