      Prediksi Lama Penyinaran Berbasis LSTM-Optuna untuk Evaluasi Kesesuaian Lahan Bawang Putih (INA Agro-GARLIC)

      Abstract
      Bawang putih (Allium sativum L.) merupakan komoditas hortikultura bernilai ekonomi tinggi, namun produksinya di Indonesia menurun signifikan sejak 2019 sehingga meningkatkan ketergantungan impor. Salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan budidaya adalah lama penyinaran matahari, yang dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Spasial (SPKS) INA Agro-GARLIC masih direpresentasikan sebagai peta statis sehingga belum menangkap dinamika temporal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) yang dioptimasi dengan Optuna untuk memprediksi lama penyinaran harian guna mendukung evaluasi kesesuaian lahan bawang putih secara dinamis. Data per jam diperoleh dari sensor Automatic Weather Station (AWS) stasiun ZCRA-4 di Desa Simego, Kabupaten Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah, dari 13 Desember 2024 hingga 9 Mei 2026. Empat skenario model diuji dengan variasi lookback 10 dan 30 hari serta optimasi Optuna dan Grid Search. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa LSTM-Optuna dengan lookback 30 hari merupakan model terbaik dengan MAE 0,737 jam, RMSE 0,939 jam, dan R² 0,886. Optuna lebih unggul dibanding Grid Search dalam menemukan konfigurasi hyperparameter terbaik. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan transformasi evaluasi kesesuaian lahan bawang putih dari statis menjadi dinamis berbasis data prediksi deret waktu.
       
      Garlic (Allium sativum L.) is a high-value horticultural commodity whose production in Indonesia has declined significantly since 2019, increasing import dependency. Sunshine duration is one of the key determinants of successful garlic cultivation; however, in the Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Spasial (SPKS) INA Agro-GARLIC, it is still represented as a static map that fails to capture temporal dynamics. This study aimed to develop a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model optimized with Optuna to predict daily sunshine duration, supporting dynamic garlic land suitability evaluation. Hourly data were collected from an Automatic Weather Station (AWS) sensor at station ZCRA-4 in Simego Village, Pekalongan Regency, Central Java, from December 13, 2024, to May 9, 2026. Four model scenarios were tested using 10-day and 30-day lookback windows with Optuna and Grid Search optimization. Results show that LSTM-Optuna with a 30-day lookback achieved the best performance with MAE of 0.737 hours, RMSE of 0.939 hours, and R² of 0.886. Optuna outperformed Grid Search in identifying the optimal hyperparameter configuration. This approach enables the transformation of garlic land suitability evaluation from static assessment to dynamic, time-series-based prediction.
