| dc.description.abstract | Penilaian tugas akhir di Departemen XYZ masih dilakukan manual menggunakan formulir kertas dan Microsoft Excel, sehingga rentan menimbulkan inkonsistensi antar penguji, kesalahan rekapitulasi, dan kurangnya transparansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, mengembangkan, dan mengevaluasi modul penilaian tugas akhir berbasis rubrik digital yang terintegrasi dengan Sistem Informasi Seminar dan Tugas Akhir menggunakan metode prototyping melalui dua iterasi, yang mencakup pengelolaan rubrik, penginputan nilai
otomatis, rekapitulasi terpusat, dan notifikasi dosen. Black Box Testing mencapai keberhasilan 100%, sedangkan User Acceptance Testing memperoleh 78,02% dari dosen dan 88,89% dari admin. Sistem berhasil mengurangi waktu penilaian dari 10–15 menit menjadi 9,24 detik, meningkatkan konsistensi penilaian melalui rubrik digital terstandarisasi, serta meminimalkan human error melalui otomatisasi perhitungan nilai. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Final project assessment at the Department of XYZ is still conducted manually using paper forms and Microsoft Excel, making it prone to inconsistency among assessors, recapitulation errors, and a lack of transparency. This study aims to design, develop, and evaluate a digital rubric-based final project assessment module integrated with the Seminar and Final Project Information System using the prototyping method across two iterations, covering rubric management, automatic score calculation, centralized recapitulation, and lecturer notifications. Black Box Testing achieved a 100% success rate, while User Acceptance Testing yielded 78.02% from lecturers and 88.89% from administrators. The system successfully reduced assessment time from 10–15 minutes to 9.24 seconds, improved assessment consistency through standardized digital rubrics, and minimized human error through automated score calculation. | |
