      Abstract
      Penelitian ini mengkaji material Ba1-xSrxTiO3 (x=0; 0,125; 0,25; 0,375) melalui pendekatan komputasi sistem bulk dan eksperimen pada sistem film tipis. Pendekatan komputasi pada sistem bulk, peningkatan konsentrasi Stronsium meningkatkan energi celah pita secara tidak signifikan, serta menurunkan parameter kisi, momen dipol, polarisasi spontan, dan konduktivitas listrik material. Sementara itu, peningkatan konsentrasi Stronsium pada eksperimen film tipis di atas substrat Si (100) tipe-p meningkatkan nilai energi celah pita secara signifikan. Kondisi ini diiringi fluktuasi nilai parameter kisi, momen dipol, polarisasi spontan, arus saturasi, dan potensial penghalang material. Fluktuasi tersebut diakibatkan oleh pengaruh substrat Si (100) tipe-p dan cacat antarmuka heterojunction p-n yang tidak termodelkan pada komputasi bulk. Berdasarkan kurva I-V dari pengujian sifat listrik eksperimen, Ba0,875Sr0,125TiO3 kehilangan karakteristik dioda dengan arus pengukuran tertahan di nilai yang sangat kecil. Tiga variasi lainnya mempertahankan sifat fotodioda yaitu BaTiO3 dan Ba0,75Sr0,25TiO3 yang menunjukkan Negative Photo Response (NPR), serta Ba0,625Sr0,375TiO3 menunjukkan Positive Photo Response (PPR).
       
      This study investigates Ba1-xSrxTiO3 (x=0; 0.125; 0.25; 0.375) materials through bulk system computations and thin film experiments. Bulk computations show that increasing Strontium concentration insignificantly increases the band gap energy, while decreasing the lattice parameter, dipole moment, spontaneous polarization, and electrical conductivity. Conversely, thin film experiments on a p-type Si (100) substrate demonstrate a significant increase in band gap energy, accompanied by fluctuations in the lattice parameter, dipole moment, spontaneous polarization, saturation current, and barrier potential. These fluctuations result from the p-type Si (100) substrate influence and p-n heterojunction interface defects, which are unmodeled in bulk computations. Based on I-V curves, Ba0.875Sr0.125TiO3 loses its diode characteristics with very small restricted currents. The other three variations maintain photodiode properties namely BaTiO3 and Ba0.75Sr0.25TiO3 exhibit a Negative Photo Response (NPR), whereas Ba0.625Sr0.375TiO3 exhibits a Positive Photo Response (PPR).
