Perhitungan Biaya Pokok Produksi dan Pelaporan Keuangan Berbasis Microsoft Excel VBA pada UMKM Teras Ice Cream

Abstract

Teras Ice Cream belum menentukan biaya pokok produksi secara menyeluruh dan belum menyajikan laporan keuangan berdasarkan SAK EMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi praktik penghitungan biaya pokok produksi, menerapkan metode full costing, menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai SAK EMKM, dan mengembangkan pengolahan data melalui Microsoft Excel VBA. Penelitian terapan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan data yang dihimpun melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil analisis memperoleh total biaya produksi sebesar Rp6.073.333 dan biaya pokok produksi Rp3.470 per scoop. Sistem Microsoft Excel VBA dapat memproses transaksi, menghitung biaya pokok produksi, serta menyajikan laporan posisi keuangan, laporan laba rugi, dan Catatan atas Laporan Keuangan. Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi sistem telah bekerja sesuai kebutuhan pengguna.

Teras Ice Cream MSME had not comprehensively determined its production cost or prepared financial statements under SAK EMKM. This study evaluated the existing production-cost calculation, applied the full costing method, prepared SAK EMKM-compliant financial statements, and developed data processing using Microsoft Excel VBA. The applied study used a qualitative approach, with evidence collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The analysis produced a total production cost of IDR 6,073,333 and a unit cost of IDR 3,470 per scoop. The Microsoft Excel VBA system processed transactions, calculated production costs, and generated a statement of financial position, an income statement, and notes to the financial statements. Testing confirmed that the system functions met user requirements.
