PT ProHealth Sejahtera, kelompok usaha sektor kesehatan, mengalami kerugian bersih berturut-turut sejak 2022 hingga 2024 meskipun memiliki total aset besar, mengindikasikan gejala financial distress. Debt to Asset Ratio terjaga 0,22–0,25 kali dan Debt to Equity Ratio 0,28–0,34 kali, sementara Return on Asset -0,0199 hingga -0,0268 kali dan Return on Equity -0,0265 hingga -0,0357 kali. Penurunan laba dipengaruhi beban operasional, penerbitan Medium Term Notes dan Sukuk, serta divestasi entitas anak, yang menekan arus kas operasi hingga defisit. Template berbasis spreadsheet berhasil dirancang untuk mengotomatiskan perhitungan rasio keuangan. PT ProHealth Sejahtera berada dalam kondisi financial distress akibat lemahnya likuiditas dan profitabilitas, meskipun solvabilitas relatif terkendali. PT ProHealth Sejahtera, a healthcare business group, experienced consecutive net losses from 2022 to 2024 despite holding substantial total assets, indicating symptoms of financial distress. This study analyzes financial performance based on liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios; the factors behind the declining profit; the cash flow condition during 2021–2024 and the design of an automated financial ratio calculation template. A descriptive quantitative method was used. Results show the Current Ratio fell from 16.15 to 0.62 times and the Quick Ratio from 16.07 to 0.61 times, below standard since 2023. The Debt to Asset Ratio remained at 0.22–0.25 times and the Debt to Equity Ratio at 0.28–0.34 times, while Return on Asset ranged from -0.0199 to -0.0268 times and Return on Equity from -0.0265 to -0.0357 times. The profit decline was driven by operating expenses, the issuance of Medium Term Notes and Sukuk, and divestment of a subsidiary, which pressured operating cash flow into deficit. A spreadsheet-based template was successfully designed to automate financial ratio calculation. PT ProHealth Sejahtera is in a condition of financial distress due to weak liquidity and profitability, although solvency remains relatively controlled.
