| dc.description.abstract | Pengelolaan inventaris barang dan aset pada instansi masih menghadapi kendala karena pencatatan belum terpusat, masih menggunakan berkas manual, serta berisiko menimbulkan duplikasi dan keterlambatan pembaruan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem inventarisasi barang berbasis web menggunakan Laravel Filament serta mengevaluasi fungsionalitasnya. Pembuatan sistem dilakukan dengan metode Scrum melalui lima sprint. Sistem yang dibangun mencakup autentikasi admin, pengelolaan data barang dan aset, transaksi barang masuk dan keluar, peminjaman dan pengembalian aset, serta dashboard ringkasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengintegrasikan alur kerja inventarisasi antarmodul, memperbarui stok secara otomatis, mendukung perubahan status aset sesuai transaksi, dan memudahkan pemantauan aktivitas inventaris. Pengujian black-box menunjukkan bahwa fungsi utama sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan, sehingga sistem ini berpotensi mendukung pengelolaan inventaris secara lebih terstruktur dan terpusat. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Inventory and asset management in institutions still faces several challenges because record-keeping has not yet been centralized, continues to rely on manual documents, and is prone to data duplication and delays in data updates. This study aims to develop a web-based inventory system using Laravel Filament and evaluate its functionality. The system was developed using the Scrum method through five sprints. The developed system includes admin authentication, management of goods and asset data, incoming and outgoing goods transactions, asset borrowing and returns, and a summary dashboard. The results show that the system is capable of integrating inventory workflows across modules, automatically updating stock levels, supporting changes in asset status based on transactions, and facilitating the monitoring of inventory activities. Black-box testing showed that the main system functions operated according to the specified requirements, indicating that the system has the potential to support more structured and centralized inventory management. | |
