| dc.description.abstract | Manajemen data pegawai di PT Kuantum Solusi Teknologi saat ini masih berjalan secara konvensional sehingga integrasi informasinya kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Modul Manajemen Karyawan pada aplikasi web Kuanta berbasis Next.js menggunakan metode prototyping dengan dua kali iterasi. Modul yang dikembangkan mengintegrasikan data pribadi, riwayat karier, dan data pekerjaan karyawan dalam satu sistem terpusat, serta dilengkapi fitur electronic curriculum vitae dan ekspor data ke Excel. Pengujian Black Box Testing menunjukkan seluruh fitur berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan. Sementara itu, hasil User Acceptance Testing memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 91,2% (Sangat Layak) dan System Usability Scale menghasilkan skor rata-rata 82,33 yang termasuk kategori Excellent dan Acceptable. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, Modul Manajemen Karyawan berbasis Next.js yang dikembangkan siap diimplementasikan untuk mendukung pengelolaan administrasi karyawan secara lebih terintegrasi dan efisien. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Employee data management at PT Kuantum Solusi Teknologi is still conducted conventionally, resulting in suboptimal information integration. This study aims to develop an Employee Management Module for the Kuanta web application using Next.js and the prototyping method with two iterations. The developed module integrates employee personal data, career history, and employment information into a centralized system and provides electronic curriculum vitae and Excel export features. Functional testing using Black Box Testing showed that all features operated according to the specified requirements. Furthermore, the User Acceptance Testing evaluation achieved a feasibility score of 91.2% (Highly Feasible), while the System Usability Scale assessment obtained an average score of 82.33, which falls within the Excellent and Acceptable categories. Based on these results, the developed Next.js-based Employee Management Module is considered ready for implementation to support more integrated and efficient employee administration processes. | |
