Optimalisasi Line Efficiency dan Line Performance pada Mesin Packing Krimer Kental Manis Sachet (KKM) Line A
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan meningkatkan line efficiency pada Mesin Packing produksi Krimer Kental Manis Sachet (KKM) line A yang belum mencapai target perusahaan sebesar 85%. Data Januari–Agustus 2025 menunjukkan rata-rata line efficiency sebesar 60,3% akibat tingginya breakdown mesin samwo/auto kartoning, terutama karena masalah double loop. Metode yang digunakan adalah DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) dengan dukungan analisis line efficiency, diagram fishbone, dan why-why analysis. Hasil menunjukkan penyebab utama berasal dari faktor mesin, metode, dan manusia, seperti belum adanya standar perawatan dan ketidakkonsistenan operator. Perbaikan dilakukan melalui penerapan metode CILA (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Adjustment) dalam bentuk checksheet dan standarisasi kerja. Implementasi ini terbukti meningkatkan line efficiency serta menurunkan breakdown, sehingga terbukti mampu meningkatkan kinerja produksi secara lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan. efficiency of 60.3% due to frequent breakdowns in the Samwo/Auto Cartoning
machine, mainly caused by double loop issues. The DMAIC (Define, Measure,
Analyze, Improve, Control) method was applied, supported by line efficiency
analysis, fishbone diagram, and why-why analysis. The results indicate that the
main causes are related to machine, method, and human factors, such as lack of
maintenance standards and inconsistent operator practices. Improvements were
implemented using the CILA (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Adjustment)
method through checklists and work standardization. This implementation
successfully improved line efficiency and reduced breakdowns, leading to more
optimal and stable production performance.
