Manual inventory management is prone to recording errors, stock discrepancies, and delays in report preparation, highlighting the need for an effective inventory information system. This study aims to analyze the existing inventory system, design, implement, and evaluate a Microsoft Access-based inventory information system at Mebel Al Bantani10. The study employed the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall model. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the previous inventory system was managed manually, resulting in recording errors and stock inconsistencies. The developed system integrates the recording of incoming and outgoing goods, inventory control, and inventory reporting into a computerized system. Its implementation improved inventory data accuracy, accelerated data processing, and simplified report preparation. Evaluation using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) showed that all system functions met user requirements. Therefore, the Microsoft Access-based inventory information system effectively supports more efficient, accurate, and reliable inventory management at Mebel Al Bantani10.
