Social media used by the Gunpla community still has limitation in supporting build progress documentation, artworking archiving, and structured discussions. This research aims to develop a web-based Gunpla comunity platform and ensure the platform operates according to user needs. The development was carried out using the Iterative Waterfall method with Laravel, Bootstrap, and Node.js. System testing was conducted using black-box testing and a stress test with Apache JMeter. The results of the research indicate that the GunCom platform was successfully developed with features including authentication, profile management, build progress, showcase, discussion forums, comments, and data search. The black-box testing results against 62 test cases achieved a 100% success rate, while the stress test demonstrated that the platform has excellent resilience, recording a 100% success rate and a 0,0% error rate when simulated under a peak load of 250 concurrent users. Based on these results, the GunCom platform is capable of supporting more structured interactions within the Gunpla builder community and is viable for use as a web-based community hub.
