| dc.description.abstract | Keterbatasan kelengkapan data observasi dan rendahnya korelasi spasial dengan stasiun sekitar menjadi kendala analisis tren iklim ekstrem di Kota Bandung. Tujuan penelitian ini mengevaluasi kinerja imputasi MissForest menggunakan variabel meteorologi internal stasiun yang sama, serta menganalisis tren dan perbandingan antarperiode delapan indeks suhu ekstrem ETCCDI periode 1990–2022 menggunakan uji Mann-Kendall dan Sen's Slope. Imputasi MissForest menghasilkan kinerja yang baik pada variabel suhu dan kelembapan udara, sedangkan curah hujan menghasilkan akurasi rendah akibat distribusinya yang tidak simetris, sehingga analisis tren difokuskan pada indeks suhu. Tujuh dari delapan indeks menunjukkan tren signifikan, di antaranya suhu minimum ekstrem tahunan (TNn) naik 0,071 °C per tahun, frekuensi malam hangat (TN90p) naik 0,333% per tahun dengan nilai Z tertinggi sebesar 5,753, frekuensi hari panas (TX90p) naik 0,520% per tahun, frekuensi malam dingin (TN10p) turun 0,318% per tahun, dan rentang suhu harian (DTR) menyempit 0,022 °C per tahun. Laju kenaikan TNn melebihi dua kali lipat laju kenaikan suhu maksimum ekstrem (TXx), mencerminkan dominasi pemanasan pada malam hari. Perubahan terbesar terjadi pada periode 2010–2022, dengan frekuensi hari panas meningkat dari 3,65% menjadi 16,2%, konsisten dengan penguatan efek urban heat island (UHI). Temuan ini menjadi dasar evaluasi kualitas data historis BMKG dan rujukan kebijakan adaptasi risiko suhu ekstrem di Kota Bandung. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Incomplete observational records and weak spatial correlation with neighboring stations constrain extreme climate trend analysis in Bandung City. This study evaluated the performance of MissForest imputation using internal meteorological variables from the same station, and analyzed trends and sub-period comparisons of eight ETCCDI extreme temperature indices over 1990–2022 using the Mann-Kendall test and Sen's Slope estimator. Imputation performed well for temperature and relative humidity, whereas rainfall yielded low accuracy due to its asymmetric distribution, so trend analysis was restricted to temperature indices. Seven of eight indices showed significant trends, including annual extreme minimum temperature (TNn) rising 0.071 °C per year, warm night frequency (TN90p) rising 0.333% per year with the highest Z-value of 5.753, warm day frequency (TX90p) rising 0.520% per year, cool night frequency (TN10p) declining 0.318% per year, and diurnal temperature range (DTR) narrowing by 0.022 °C per year. The rate of TNn increase exceeded twice that of extreme maximum temperature (TXx), reflecting dominant nighttime warming. The largest changes occurred during 2010–2022, with warm day frequency rising from 3.65% to 16.2%, consistent with intensifying urban heat island effects. These findings provide a basis for evaluating BMKG historical data quality and serve as a reference for extreme temperature adaptation policy in Bandung City. | |
