      Abstract
      Risiko manipulasi presensi manual dan sulitnya pemantauan terpusat melatarbelakangi pengembangan sistem ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan fitur Geolocation pada sistem presensi berbasis web untuk memvalidasi lokasi pengguna berdasarkan radius koordinat. Sistem dibangun dengan metode Prototyping melalui tahapan komunikasi, perencanaan cepat, pemodelan desain cepat, pembentukan prototipe, serta penyerahan sistem dan feedback dalam dua iterasi. Fitur utama meliputi pembatasan radius melalui Geofencing dan dashboard monitoring admin. Hasil black box testing menunjukkan keberhasilan 100% dari 81 test case, sedangkan usability testing mencapai rata-rata 87,4% dengan kategori "Sangat Diterima". Sistem ini diharapkan mendigitalisasi pencatatan kehadiran secara sistematis sekaligus mendukung efektivitas pengawasan administrasi data presensi.
       
      The risks of manual attendance manipulation and the challenges of centralized monitoring underlie the development of this system. This study aimed to implement geolocation features on a web-based attendance system to validate user locations based on a coordinate radius. The system was developed using the prototyping method through communication, quick planning, quick design modeling, construction of prototype, and deployment, delivery, and feedback stages in two iterations. Core features include radius restriction via geofencing and an admin monitoring dashboard. Black box testing results showed a 100% success rate across 81 test cases, while usability testing achieved an average score of 87.4%, placing it in the "Highly Accepted" category. This system is expected to systematically digitalize attendance recording while supporting the effective oversight of attendance data administration.
