Model Prediksi OER Minyak Kelapa Sawit terhadap Parameter Panen dan Mutu TBS di Perkebunan Inti dan Buah OCP

Abstract

Model prediksi minyak kelapa sawit bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh sumber bahan baku, mutu tandan buah segar (TBS), dan parameter panen terhadap nilai oil extraction rate (OER) di PT Aneka Intipersada, Teluk Siak Factory, Kabupaten Siak, Provinsi Riau. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Februari sampai Mei 2026. Data penelitian diperoleh dari tiga sumber sampel OER, yaitu outside crop purchase (OCP) 20,45%, Kebun Inti PT Aneka Intipersada (AIP) sebesar 27,87%, dan Stasiun Grading Teluk Siak Factory (TSF) 27,87%. Hasil model kebun inti dari grading ?? = 36.90 ??0 + 0.225 X1 - 1.0004 X2 - 0.0416 X3 + 0.036 X4 + 0.051 X5 dan hasil model OCP Y = 41.2 ??0 + 2.30 X1 – 0.778 X2 – 1.024 X3 regresi menghasilkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 96,96% pada Stasiun Grading TSF, 87,35% pada Kebun Inti PT AIP, dan 53,49% pada OCP.

This study developed a palm oil prediction model by analyzing the effects of fresh fruit bunch (FFB) source, FFB quality, and harvesting parameters on the oil extraction rate (OER) at PT Aneka Intipersada, Teluk Siak Factory, Siak Regency, Riau Province. The study was conducted from February to May 2026. Data were collected from three OER sample sources, outside crop purchase (OCP) with an average OER of 20.45%, PT Aneka Intipersada (AIP) Estate with 27.81%, and the Teluk Siak Factory (TSF) Grading Station with 27.87%. The regression models obtained were Y = 36.90 + 0.225X1 - 1.0004X2 - 0.0416X3 + 0.036X4 + 0.051X5 for the AIP Estate and Y = 41.2 + 2.30X1 - 0.778X2 - 1.024X3 for OCP. The coefficients of determination (R²) were 96.96% for TSF, 87.35% for the AIP Estate, and 53.49% for OCP.
