Perancangan Spreadsheet Laporan Keuangan Berbasis SAK EMKM dan HPP Net Realizable Value pada CV Sari Asri Tani

Abstract

CV Sari Asri Tani masih menghadapi kendala dalam pencatatan keuangan dan perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) produk bersama sehingga alokasi biaya dan penyusunan laporan keuangan belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Sistem Informasi Akuntansi berbasis Google Sheets menggunakan metode Net Realizable Value (NRV) untuk menghasilkan laporan keuangan sesuai SAK EMKM. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Design Science Research Methodology dengan metode pengembangan sistem Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking (FAST). Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengotomatisasi pencatatan transaksi, perhitungan HPP menggunakan metode NRV, serta penyusunan Laporan Laba Rugi, Laporan Posisi Keuangan, dan Catatan atas Laporan Keuangan sesuai SAK EMKM sehingga menghasilkan informasi keuangan yang lebih akurat dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan.

Cassava-processing MSMEs, such as CV Sari Asri Tani, face challenges in financial recordkeeping and joint product costing, resulting in less accurate cost allocation and financial reporting. This study aimed to identify the weaknesses of the existing accounting system and develop a Google Sheets-based Accounting Information System using the Net Realizable Value (NRV) method in accordance with SAK EMKM. The research employed the Design Science Research Methodology with the Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking (FAST) as the system development method. The results indicate that the developed system automates transaction recording, joint cost allocation, and financial statement preparation, thereby reducing manual errors and providing more accurate financial information to support managerial decision-making.
