Pengembangan Modul Perpindahan Wilayah Kerja Pada Website Internal Pemerintah Kota Depok

Abstract

Proses Perpindahan Wilayah Kerja (PWK) di Pemerintah Kota Depok belum sepenuhnya terdigitalisasi sehingga pengelolan data dan dokumen masih dilakukan secara terpisah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul PWK pada website internal Pemerintah Kota Depok menggunakan metode Prototyping. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan Laravel 11, PHP, JavaScript, dan MySQL. Hasil Black Box Testing menunjukkan seluruh 46 skenario berhasil dijalankan sesuai kebutuhan fungsional. Pengujian System Usability Scale terhadap tujuh responden memperoleh skor rata-rata 95,00 dengan kategori acceptable. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul PWK dapat mendukung proses administrasi PWK secara lebih terstruktur dan mudah digunakan.

The Work Area Transfer process in the Depok City Government has not been fully digitalized, resulting in separate management of administrative data and documents. This study aimed to develop a Work Area Transfer module on the Depok City Government internal website using the Prototyping method. The system was developed using Laravel 11, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL. Black Box Testing showed that all 46 test scenarios were successfully executed according to the functional requirements. System Usability Scale testing involving seven respondents produced an average score of 95.00 in the acceptable category. The results indicate that the Work Area Transfer module supports a more structured administrative process and is easy to use.
