Simulasi EDGE meningkatkan nilai kinerja menjadi 52,12% sehingga mencapai peringkat Pratama. Project offices are temporary facilities that support construction activities, but generally do not yet implement sustainability principles. This study aims to assess the application of green office principles in hospital building construction project offices based on Green Building parameters as stipulated in Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Regulation Number 21 of 2021 and to develop design recommendations to improve the building's environmental performance. Data were obtained through observation, technical measurements, questionnaires, and interviews, then analyzed descriptively and comparatively, gap analysis, and simulation using the EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) application. The assessment results showed the building obtained 59 out of 165 points (35.76%), still below the Pratama rating limit (45%), with the largest gaps in energy efficiency, site management, and water efficiency. Recommendations include the addition of green open space, the use of inverter air conditioners, occupancy sensors, water meters, rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling systems, as well as air purifiers and indoor plants. The EDGE simulation increased the performance score to 52.12%, achieving a Pratama rating.
