Abstract

Pengelolaan data keuangan pada entitas nirlaba yang masih dilakukan secara manual rentan terhadap inefisiensi waktu dan tingginya human error. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi sistem pengelolaan data keuangan terintegrasi berbasis Microsoft Excel VBA yang berpedoman pada ISAK 335 pada KAP XYZ. Penelitian menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Prototype. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengotomatisasi pembersihan data (general ledger), konsolidasi Trial Balance, perhitungan penyusutan aset, hingga penyajian ringkasan data keuangan secara komprehensif sebagai bahan kertas kerja audit. Implementasi ini terbukti meningkatkan akurasi matematis (footing) dan menjaga konsistensi cross-referencing antar kertas kerja. Pengujian Black-Box Testing memastikan seluruh modul fungsional berjalan valid. Lebih lanjut, evaluasi komparasi membuktikan pemangkasan waktu pemrosesan data pra-audit secara drastis dari 235 menit menjadi 35 menit. Kesimpulannya, sistem ini terbukti efektif meminimalisasi pekerjaan klerikal dan mendukung pengelolaan data keuangan organisasi nirlaba yang lebih efisien dan akurat. . The management of financial data at nonprofit entities, which is still performed manually, is prone to time inefficiencies and a high rate of human error. This study aims to design, implement, and evaluate an integrated financial data management system based on Microsoft Excel VBA that adheres to ISAK 335 at XYZ Public Accounting Firm. The study uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Prototype model. The results show that the system is capable of automating data cleansing (general ledger), trial balance consolidation, asset depreciation calculations, and the comprehensive presentation of financial data summaries as supporting material for audit working papers. This implementation has been proven to improve mathematical accuracy (footing) and maintain consistency in cross-referencing among worksheets. Black-Box Testing ensured that all functional modules operated correctly. Furthermore, a comparative evaluation demonstrated a drastic reduction in pre-audit data processing time from 235 minutes to 35 minutes. In conclusion, this system has proven effective in minimizing clerical work and supporting more efficient and accurate financial data management for nonprofit organizations
