dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi akuntansi pembukuan berbasis website untuk mengatasi risiko operasional pencatatan manual pada Nochi Farm Hidroponik, seperti keterlambatan input data, rendahnya akurasi, dan risiko kehilangan dokumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif terapan dengan pendekatan studi kasus, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka, dengan analisis kelemahan menggunakan kerangka kerja PIECES. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan pembukuan manual saat ini belum memadai untuk mendukung manajemen keuangan usaha. Sebagai solusi, penulis mengembangkan aplikasi pembukuan berbasis website menggunakan Framework Laravel, basis data MySQL, dan antarmuka responsif Bootstrap melalui model Waterfall serta pengujian Black-box Testing. Implementasi sistem ini berhasil mengotomatisasi pengolahan transaksi menjadi Laporan Laba Rugi dan Neraca secara real-time, meminimalisir human error, serta meningkatkan kemudahan pengawasan finansial untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis pemilik usaha.
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to design a web-based bookkeeping accounting information system to mitigate the operational risks of manual recording at Nochi Farm Hydroponics, such as data entry delays, low accuracy, and the risk of physical record loss. Employing an applied qualitative method with a case study approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review, with legacy gaps analyzed using the PIECES framework. The evaluation indicates that the current manual bookkeeping is inadequate for business financial management. As a solution, the author developed a web-based bookkeeping application using the Laravel Framework, MySQL database, and Bootstrap responsive interface via the Waterfall model, evaluated through Black-box Testing. This system implementation successfully automates transaction processing into real-time Income Statements and Balance Sheets, minimizes human errors, and enhances financial monitoring efficiency to support the owner's strategic decision- making.
