dc.description.abstractPencatatan aktivitas cleaning dan maintenance yang masih dilakukan secara manual dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan pencatatan, ketidaksesuaian data, dan rendahnya transparansi terhadap penyebab downtime mesin. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengevaluasi prototipe sistem Log Activity berbasis Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) dan Quick Response (QR) Code yang diintegrasikan dengan data runtime dan downtime mesin Vertical Packaging Wolf di PT URC Indonesia. Penarikan data status mesin dibatasi hanya bisa diperoleh dari Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Omron NJ301 melalui gateway Siemens IoT2040 ke database PostgreSQL serta ditampilkan dashboard berbasis Laravel. Evaluasi difokuskan pada latency, success rate, pengalaman pengguna, efisiensi biaya, dan keamanan data. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan RFID mencatat latency 1538 ms dan QR Code 2046 ms, dengan success rate keduanya mencapai 100%. RFID meraih skor UX 126,25 dibandingkan QR Code sebesar 124,25. Biaya investasi RFID mencapai Rp675.910,00, sedangkan biaya media identifikasi QR Code sebesar Rp3.000,00 per titik, belum mencakup biaya pengembangan dan pemeliharaan aplikasi. Pengujian awal menunjukkan akses sistem dapat dibatasi melalui jaringan lokal. Kesimpulannya, RFID sedikit lebih unggul pada pengalaman pengguna terutama efisien waktu, sedangkan QR Code lebih efisien secara biaya. Prototipe ini dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan sistem Log Activity yang lebih terintegrasi sebelum diterapkan secara permanen.
dc.description.abstractManual recording of cleaning and maintenance activities can cause delays, data inconsistencies, and limited transparency regarding machine downtime. This study aims to design and evaluate a Log Activity system prototype based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and Quick Response (QR) Code technologies integrated with runtime and downtime data from the Vertical Packaging Wolf machine at PT URC Indonesia. Machine status data were collected from an Omron NJ301 Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) through a Siemens IoT2040 gateway, stored in a PostgreSQL database, and displayed on a Laravel-based dashboard. The evaluation focused on latency, success rate, user experience (UX), cost efficiency, and data security. The results showed that RFID achieved a latency of 1,538 ms, while QR Code recorded 2,046 ms, with both methods reaching a 100% success rate. RFID obtained a UX score of 126.25, slightly higher than QR Code at 124.25. The RFID implementation cost was Rp675,910.00 per unit, whereas QR Code identification media cost Rp3,000.00 per unit, excluding application development and maintenance costs. RFID offered better user experience and time efficiency, while QR Code was more cost-effective. The prototype provides a basis for developing a more integrated Log Activity system.
