| dc.description.abstract | Kebun Raya Cibinong memiliki potensi lanskap berupa danau, kawasan Ecoregion, dan area rekreasi alam yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi potensi lanskap dan komponen 4A, menganalisis persepsi, motivasi, dan preferensi wisatawan, serta merancang program dan event wisata. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Desember 2025 April 2026 menggunakan metode observasi dan survei terhadap 100 responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kebun Raya Cibinong memiliki potensi lanskap dan komponen 4A yang baik dengan Danau Dora sebagai daya tarik utama. Wisatawan memiliki persepsi positif, dengan motivasi utama menikmati suasana alam dan melepas penat, serta menunjukkan minat terhadap aktivitas baru. Berdasarkan potensi kawasan dan preferensi wisatawan, dirancang program "Yoga di Kebun" dan event "Dora Nature Run". | |
| dc.description.abstract | The Cibinong Botanical Garden has landscape potential in the form of a lake,
an ecoregion, and natural recreation areas that have not yet been fully utilized.
This study aims to identify landscape potential and the 4A components, analyze
tourists’ perceptions, motivations, and preferences, and design tourism programs
and events. The research was conducted from December 2025 to April 2026 using
observation and a survey of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling.
The results show that the Cibinong Botanical Garden possesses good landscape
potential and 4A components, with Lake Dora serving as the main attraction.
Tourists hold positive perceptions, with their primary motivations being to enjoy
the natural atmosphere and unwind, and they express interest in new activities.
Based on the area’s potential and tourist preferences, the “Yoga in the Garden”
program and the “Dora Nature Run” event were designed. | |
