Perkembangan wisata berbasis aktivitas mendorong meningkatnya minat masyarakat terhadap bersepeda sebagai bentuk rekreasi yang menggabungkan olahraga, interaksi lingkungan, dan pengalaman bermakna. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi rute wisata bersepeda potensial di Kota Bogor dan preferensi komunitas sepeda, sebagai dasar diversifikasi produk wisata Travel Bin Qasim Safar Imani. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner kepada seratus responden komunitas sepeda, lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi dua koridor rute potensial, yaitu jalur sekeliling Kebun Raya Bogor dan jalur perdesaan arah Ciapus, dengan daya tarik alam, visual, kuliner, dan sosial namun masih memerlukan penguatan fasilitas keselamatan. Komunitas sepeda menunjukkan kebutuhan sangat tinggi terhadap fasilitas pendukung, biaya terjangkau, aktivitas di alam terbuka, tingkat kesulitan ringan, dan durasi setengah hari. Luaran penelitian berupa rancangan program wisata bersepeda bernama BOGORIDE sebagai produk wisata outdoor perdana Travel Bin Qasim Safar Imani. The growth of activity-based tourism has driven increasing public interest in cycling as a form of recreation that combines physical exercise, environmental interaction, and meaningful experience. This research aims to identifying potential cycling tourism routes in the city of Bogor and cycling community preferences, serving as the basis for product diversification of Bin Qasim Safar Imani Travel. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and questionnaires distributed to one hundred cycling community respondents, then analyzed descriptively using quantitative and qualitative methods. The results identified two potential route corridors, namely the route surrounding the Bogor Botanical Gardens and the rural route toward Ciapus, both offering natural, visual, culinary, and social attractions but still requiring stronger safety facilities. The cycling community showed a very high need for supporting facilities, affordable pricing, outdoor activities, low difficulty level, and half-day duration. The output of this research is a cycling tourism program design named BOGORIDE as the first outdoor tourism product of Bin Qasim Safar Imani Travel.
