dc.description.abstractKetersediaan media informasi di Museum Seni Rupa dan Keramik belum optimal. Hal ini perlu dilakukan pengembangan media informasi berbasis digital teknologi. Penelitian bertujuan mengidentifikasi potensi wisata, persepsi dan preferensi pengelola, permintaan pengunjung, serta merancang media informasi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan data observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, studi literatur, dan kuesioner tertutup kepada pelajar SD, SMP, dan SMA/SMK berjumlah 200 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling serta analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penilaian persepsi pengelola belum optimal pada aspek bentuk media brosur dan QR code serta preferensi pengelola terdiri dari penyajian informasi sejarah gedung, koleksi unggulan, workshop pottery class, serta mencantumkan logo Disbud DKI Jakarta, UP Museum Seni, dan MSRK. Permintaan pengunjung meliputi informasi sejarah gedung, fakta menarik koleksi, workshop pottery class, dan berbentuk vertikal. Hasil rancangan media informasi digital dalam bentuk QR Code berupa e-guidebook dan komik edukasi.
dc.description.abstractThe availability of information media at the Museum of Fine Arts and Ceramics is not optimal. This requires the development of digital technology-based information media. The study aims to identify tourism potential, management perceptions and preferences, visitor requests, and design digital information media. This study used observation data collection techniques, interviews, documentation, literature studies, and closed questionnaires to 200 elementary, junior high, and senior high/vocational high school students using purposive sampling techniques and qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The assessment of management perceptions is not optimal in the aspect of brochure and QR code media forms and management preferences consist of presenting information on the history of the building, featured collections, pottery class workshops, and including the logos of the DKI Jakarta Culture Office, UP Museum of Art, and MSRK. Visitor requests include information on the history of the building, interesting facts about the collection, pottery class workshops, and vertical format. The results of the digital information media design in the form of QR Codes are in the form of e-guidebooks and educational comics.
