      Abstract
      Penjadwalan personel satuan lalu lintas mempunyai peran penting dalam keberlangsungan pelayanan kepolisian yang beroperasi 24 jam. Penyusunan jadwal secara manual berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakseimbangan beban kerja, idak terpenuhinya kebutuhan personel di pos tertentu, serta risiko benturan jadwal. Penelitian ini bertujuan memformulasikan dan menyelesaikan permasalahan penjadwalan personel Satuan Lalu Lintas Polres XYZ menggunakan pendekatan Integer Linear Programming. Model mempertimbangkan batas maksimum hari kerja,pola rotasi piket-libur-cadangan, serta kebutuhan minimal personel setiap pos dan regu, dan diselesaikan dengan perangkat lunak LINGO 21.0 melalui dua model. Model menghasilkan jadwal yang lebih fisibel dan mendukung peningkatan efektivitas pelayanan secara lebih sistematis. Hasil model aktual menunjukkan seluruh pos aktif selama 30 hari dengan distribusi beban kerja merata, setiap personel bekerja sesuai batas maksimum hari kerja yang ditetapkan. Model modifikasi dengan penambahan personel meningkatkan fleksibilitas dan seluruh regu aktif setiap hari.
       
      Personel scheduling in the traffic unit plays an important role in ensuring the continuity of 24-hour police services. Manual scheduling may lead to workload imbalances, unmet staffing requirements at certain post, and scheduling conflicts. This study aims formulate and solve the personnel scheduling problem of the traffic unit at Polres XYZ using an Integer Linear Programming approach. The model considers the maximum number of working days, the rotation pattern of duty-off-standby, and the minimum personnel requirements for each post and team. It is solved using LINGO 21.0 through two models.The proposed model generates a feasible schedule and supports improved service effectiveness in a more systematic manner. The results of actual model show that all positions are active for 30 days with an even distribution of workload, each personnel works according to the maximum limit of working days set. Modification model, which includes additional personnel, increases flexibility and ensures that all teams are active each day.
