Pengelolaan reservasi meeting room di PT Kuantum Solusi Teknologi
sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual melalui WhatsApp dan Google Sheets, sehingga menimbulkan risiko double booking, keterlambatan konfirmasi, dan keterbatasan riwayat penggunaan ruangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan modul reservasi meeting room berbasis Next.js yang terintegrasi dengan website Kuanta menggunakan Agile Scrum melalui empat sprint. Modul
yang dikembangkan menyediakan fitur reservasi mandiri, kalender ketersediaan, validasi konflik jadwal, check-in, check-out, monitoring, dan ekspor laporan. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan Black Box Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan 37 skenario Black Box Testing lulus dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100%, 16 skenario UAT diterima tanpa penolakan, dan skor rata-rata SUS sebesar 82,50 dengan kategori Acceptable, Grade B, serta Excellent. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, modul dinilai layak digunakan untuk mendukung proses reservasi meeting room. Meeting room reservations at PT Kuantum Solusi Teknologi were previously managed manually through WhatsApp and Google Sheets, causing risks of double booking, delayed confirmations, and limited room usage records. This study aimed to develop a Next.js-based meeting room reservation module integrated with the
Kuanta website using Agile Scrum through four sprints. The developed module provides self-service reservations, an availability calendar, schedule conflict validation, digital check-in, check-out, monitoring, and report export features. The system was evaluated using Black Box Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results showed that 37 Black Box
Testing scenarios passed with a 100% success rate, 16 UAT scenarios were accepted without rejection, and the average SUS score was 82.50, categorized as Acceptable, Grade B, and Excellent. Based on these results, the module was considered suitable for supporting the meeting room reservation process.
