The growing healing phenomenon among Generation Z has created opportunities for developing wellness tourism that promotes both health and sustainability. This study aims to analyze the tourism resource potential of the Pendahatan Waterfall area, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra, and to formulate an eco-wellness tourism program tailored Generation Z. A mixed-methods approach was employed through literature review, field observation, and questionnaire surveys. The findings reveal that the Pendahatan Waterfall area possesses diverse natural, culturan, and man-made resources that support eco wellness tourism development. Early adolcents (14-16 years) were more likely to perceive healing as a lifestyle trend, whereas older Generation Z (17-29 years) emphasized health related benefits in healing activities, and parents generally perceived Generation Z’s healing activities as caused by social trends. Overall, respondents showed positive acceptance of the proposed eco-wellness tourism concept and resulting eco-wellness programs, KANGEN, SKENA, and CUAN, complemented by an activity guide e-book. These findings provide practical guidance and serve as a foundation for future eco wellness tourism research.
