| dc.description.abstract | Diabetes melitus merupakan penyakit tidak menular kronis yang terus meningkat prevalensinya. Penyakit ini bisa disebabkan karena faktor genetik dan pola gaya hidup yang tidak sehat. Model matematika dinamika penyakit ini menggunakan model S_p I_p GTSI dengan berita edukasi berperan sebagai katalisator intervensi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menentukan titik tetap bebas penyakit dan endemik, analisis kestabilan menggunakan kriteria Routh-Hurwitz, serta menggunakan next generation matrix untuk penentuan bilangan reproduksi dasar (R_0). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa titik tetap bebas penyakit akan stabil ketika R_0<1 maupun titik tetap endemik stabil ketika R_0>1. Simulasi numerik dilakukan untuk menunjukkan bahwa penyebaran berita edukasi secara signifikan mampu mempercepat transisi individu sakit melakukan perawatan, sehingga populasi individu sakit semakin berkurang. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Diabetes mellitus is a chronic non-communicable disease whose prevalence continues to increase. This disease can be caused by genetic factors and unhealthy lifestyle patterns. The mathematical model of this disease dynamics uses the S_p I_p GTSI model, with educational news acting as an intervention catalyst. The study was conducted by determining disease-free and endemic fixed points, stability analysis using the Routh-Hurwitz criteria, and using a next generation matrix to determine the basic reproduction number (R_0). The analysis results show that the disease-free fixed point is stable when R_0<1 and the endemic fixed point is stable when R_0>1. Numerical simulations were conducted to demonstrate that the dissemination of educational news can significantly accelerate the transition of sick individuals to treatment, so that reducing the population of sick individuals. | |
