This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of Excelsa coffee cultivation at the cherry processing stage, the green bean stage without subsidies, and the green bean stage with machinery subsidies. The financial analysis was conducted over a 20-year business period using the Discounted Cash Flow method with indicators including Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR), and Payback Period. A sensitivity analysis was performed for a 20% decrease in selling price and a 20% increase in production costs. The results of the study indicate that all processing levels of Excelsa coffee are viable for cultivation. The green bean processing level with machine subsidies yields the best results an NPV of Rp714,540,645.55/ha, a BCR of 5.44, and an IRR and Payback Period that are undefined because the cash flow is positive in year 0. Meanwhile, the cherry and green bean processing levels without subsidies also demonstrate NPV, IRR, BCR, and Payback Period values that meet financial feasibility criteria. The results of the sensitivity analysis indicate that all processing levels remain viable even under changing economic conditions, with a decline in selling prices having a greater impact on financial indicators than an increase in production costs.
