      Abstract
      Emisi karbon industri farmasi berasal dari penggunaan LNG pada boiler, konsumsi listrik, dan bahan bakar kendaraan, sementara pembakaran LNG pada boiler menghasilkan polutan NO2 dan SO2. Data lingkungan yang belum terintegrasi menyebabkan pemantauan dan pengambilan keputusan belum optimal. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis jejak karbon (CO2-eq), memodelkan dispersi NO2 dan SO2, serta merancang digitalisasi data pengelolaan pencemaran udara berbasis dashboard Microsoft Power BI. Emisi karbon dihitung menggunakan IPCC 2006 (scope 1 dan 2), sedangkan dispersi polutan dimodelkan menggunakan AERMOD View. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LNG merupakan sumber emisi karbon terbesar (71,39%-76,40% pada 2023-2025), diikuti konsumsi listrik (28,61%-23,60%). Hasil pemodelan dispersi menunjukkan konsentrasi maksimum NO2 1,154 µg/m³ dan SO2 1,81 µg/m³ (periode 1 jam) berada di bawah baku mutu PP No. 22 Tahun 2021. Penelitian menghasilkan dashboard Microsoft Power BI yang mengintegrasikan data emisi, kualitas udara ambien, dan pemodelan dispersi sebagai bentuk pengelolaan pencemaran udara untuk mendukung audit lingkungan dan penetapan prioritas dekarbonisasi.
       
      The pharmaceutical industry's carbon emissions come from the use of LNG in boilers, electricity consumption, and vehicle fuel, while LNG combustion in boilers produces NO2 and SO2 pollutants. Unintegrated environmental data results in suboptimal monitoring and decision-making. This study aims to analyze carbon footprints (CO2-eq), model NO2 and SO2 dispersion, and design a digitalization of air pollution management data based on a Microsoft Power BI dashboard. Carbon emissions were calculated using IPCC 2006 (scope 1 and 2), while pollutant dispersion was modeled using AERMOD View. The results show that LNG is the largest source of carbon emissions (71.39%-76.40% in 2023-2025), followed by electricity consumption (28.61%-23.60%). The results of dispersion modeling show that the maximum concentration of NO2 1.154 µg/m³ and SO2 1.81 µg/m³ (1-hour period) are below the quality standards of PP No. 22 of 2021. The research resulted in a Microsoft Power BI dashboard that integrates emissions data, ambient air quality, and dispersion modeling as a form of air pollution management to support environmental audits and decarbonization priority setting.
