| dc.description.abstract | Pengelolaan lembur di PT Kuantum Solusi Teknologi selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menimbulkan sejumlah persoalan, mulai dari risiko human error, ketidaksinkronan data antarunit, hingga kurangnya transparansi dalam proses pengajuan dan persetujuan. Kondisi tersebut mendorong perlunya sistem yang lebih terstruktur dan terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan modul lembur digital berbasis Next.js dengan pendekatan Agile Scrum yang dilaksanakan melalui empat sprint pengembangan. Modul yang dibangun memiliki fitur pengelolaan Surat Perintah Kerja Lembur (SPKL), persetujuan lembur secara bertingkat, monitoring status pengajuan, serta ekspor laporan dalam format PDF dan Excel. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode blackbox testing dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) yang keduanya menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan mencapai 100%, sedangkan pengujian usabilitas dengan System Usability Scale (SUS) memperoleh nilai 83,67 dengan kategori Excellent. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, modul yang dikembangkan dinilai layak untuk diimplementasikan karena telah memenuhi standar fungsionalitas maupun usabilitas yang diharapkan. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Overtime management at PT Kuantum Solusi Teknologi has been carried out manually, which raises several issues, including the risk of human error, data inconsistency across units, and a lack of transparency in the submission and approval process. These conditions highlighted the need for a more structured and integrated system. This study aims to develop a digital overtime module based on Next.js using the Agile Scrum approach, carried out through four development sprints. The developed module provides features for managing Overtime Work Orders (SPKL), multi-level overtime approval, submission status monitoring, and report exports in PDF and Excel formats. Testing was conducted using the blackbox testing method and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), both of which achieved a success rate of 100%, while usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) obtained a score of 83.67, classified in the Excellent category. Based on these results, the developed module is considered feasible for implementation as it has met the expected functionality and usability standards. | |
