      Abstract
      Banyaknya ulasan aplikasi di Google Play Store menyulitkan analisis manual yang memakan waktu dan rentan bias subjektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun aplikasi web untuk analisis sentimen otomatis menggunakan metode Waterfall, memanfaatkan pustaka google-play-scraper untuk ekstraksi data dan pre-trained model IndoRoBERTa untuk klasifikasi. Evaluasi rating-based menggunakan Confusion Matrix pada 277 ulasan aplikasi Shopee Indonesia menghasilkan tingkat akurasi 87,00%. Selain itu, pengujian fungsionalitas black box mencapai efektivitas 100%. Integrasi model kecerdasan buatan ke dalam dashboard interaktif ini menghasilkan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai pendukung analisis bagi pengembang untuk mengevaluasi opini publik secara masif.
       
      The abundance of Google Play Store reviews complicates manual analysis, which is inefficient and prone to subjective bias. This research aims to develop a web-based automated sentiment analysis application using the Waterfall method, utilizing the google-play-scraper library for data extraction and the pre-trained IndoRoBERTa model for classification. A rating-based evaluation using a Confusion Matrix on 277 Shopee Indonesia application reviews yielded an 87.00% accuracy rate. Additionally, black box functional testing achieved 100% effectiveness. Integrating this artificial intelligence model into an interactive dashboard results in an application that can be used to support developers in evaluating public sentiment at scale to support strategic decision-making.
