      Abstract
Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease (FLUTD) is a condition affecting the lower urinary tract that is commonly found in cats. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of FLUTD and distribution of FLUTD cases at ArClinic Pet Care between January and September 2025, based on gender, age, breed, and weight. The study was conducted retrospectively using medical records of feline patients. Data analysis was descriptive. Supporting examinations included hematology, ultrasonography, and urine sediment. The results showed a FLUTD prevalence of 1.75% (35/1,990). FLUTD cases were more common in male cats (80%), younger cats (97.1%), domestic breeds (57.1%), and cats weighing >4.1 kg (57.1%). The most commonly observed clinical symptom was hematuria (51.4%).
