      Abstract
      Proses pembayaran vendor di PT Amerta Indah Otsuka masih mengalami keterlambatan, kesalahan input, dan validasi dokumen yang tidak terintegrasi akibat penggunaan SAP FB60 secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem invoice bengkel berbasis web terintegrasi SAP untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan keterlacakan proses. Metode yang digunakan adalah Scrum dengan pengujian SIT dan UAT. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan Node.js, Express.js, dan MySQL serta terintegrasi SAP melalui BAPI untuk otomatisasi posting transaksi. Hasil menunjukkan sistem mampu mengotomatisasi input, validasi, approval, hingga posting SAP dalam satu platform. Analisis efisiensi menunjukkan sistem menghasilkan efisiensi waktu sebesar 84,20% dengan efficiency ratio 15,80%, sehingga termasuk kategori sangat efisien. Implementasi ini meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan pengendalian internal.
       
      The vendor payment process at PT Amerta Indah Otsuka still experiences delays, input errors, and non-integrated document validation due to the manual use of SAP FB60. This study aimed to develop a web-based workshop invoice system integrated with SAP to improve efficiency, accuracy, and process traceability. This study applied the Scrum method with SIT and UAT testing. The system was developed using Node.js, Express.js, and MySQL, and was integrated with SAP through BAPI to automate transaction posting. The results show that the system automates input, validation, approval, and SAP posting in a single platform. The efficiency analysis shows a time efficiency of 84.20% with an efficiency ratio of 15.80%, placing the system in the highly efficient category. This implementation improves efficiency, transparency, and internal control.
