      Abstract
      Kutudaun merupakan hama penting pada tanaman kacang-kacangan yang menyebabkan kehilangan hasil 4,57–12%. Cendawan Entomophthorales berperan sebagai musuh alami karena kemampuannya dalam menekan populasi kutudaun. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Kutudaun Aphis spp. dan Interaksinya dengan Cendawan Entomophthorales pada Tanaman Kacang-kacangan di Bogor. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Bulan Oktober 2025–April 2026 di delapan lahan pada enam kecamatan di Bogor, meliputi komoditas kacang panjang, kacang tanah, kedelai, dan kecipir. Pengambilan sampel dan perhitungan populasi kutudaun dilakukan sebanyak satu kali sejumlah 50-100 individu pada setiap lahan dan dilakukan perhitungan populasi kutudaun. Sampel kutudaun dipreparasi menggunakan KOH 10%, alkohol bertingkat, dimounting dengan media balsam canada dan diidentifikasi spesiesnya, sedangkan identifikasi cendawan entomophthorales menggunakan metode pewarnaan lactophenol-cotton blue. Hasil penelitian menemukan dua spesies kutudaun, yaitu Aphis craccivora pada kacang panjang, kacang tanah, dan kecipir, serta A. glycines pada kedelai. Populasi kutudaun tertinggi ditemukan pada kacang panjang di Kecamatan Bogor Barat sebesar 268 individu per tanaman. Spesies cendawan Entomophthorales menginfeksi kutudaun adalah Neozygites fresenii. Fase cendawan yang ditemukan yaitu konidia sekunder, badan hifa, konidia primer, dan cendawan sekunder, sementara spora istirahat tidak ditemukan. Tingkat infeksi tertinggi sebesar 64% terjadi pada A. craccivora pada kacang panjang di Kelurahan Situ Gede, Kecamatan Bogor Barat.
       
      Aphids are important pests of legume crops, causing yield losses of 4.57–12%. The use of synthetic chemical pesticides poses risks of pest resistance and environmental pollution. Entomophthorales fungi act as biological control agents capable of suppressing aphid populations. This study aimed to analyze aphid species interacting with Entomophthorales fungi on legume crops in Bogor. The research was conducted from October 2025 to April 2026 across eight fields in six sub-districts, covering long bean, groundnut, soybean, and winged bean. Aphid sampling was conducted once per field, collecting 50–100 individuals with population counts recorded. Samples were prepared using 10% KOH, graded alcohol, and Canada balsam for species identification, while Entomophthorales fungi were identified using lactophenol-cotton blue staining. Two aphid species were found: Aphis craccivora on long bean, groundnut, and winged bean, and A. glycines on soybean. The highest aphid population was recorded on long bean in Bogor Barat at 268 individuals per plant. The infecting Entomophthorales fungus was identified as Neozygites fresenii. Infection stages observed included secondary conidia, hyphal bodies, primary conidia, and secondary fungi, while resting spores were not found. The highest infection rate of 64% was recorded in A. craccivora on long bean in Situ Gede, Bogor Barat.
