      Abstract
      Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh pendadah Cu(CH3COO)2 terhadap sifat optik, kristal, listrik, dan respon sensor cahaya film tipis Ba0,625Sr0,375TiO3 denganvariasi konsentrasi (0%; 0,5%; 1%; 1,5%) yang ditumbuhkan pada substrat Si (100) tipe-p menggunakan metode CSD dengan teknik spin coating. Ketebalanfilm yang diperoleh berada pada rentang 3,403 – 43,214 nm. Karakterisasi UV- Vis menunjukkan peningkatan energi band gap pada pendadah Cu 0,5%yangdiakibatkan oleh perubahan kristalinitas, distorsi kisi, atau berkurangnya tingkat cacat tertentu yang memengaruhi proses absorpsi optik, kemudian menurun pada pendadah Cu 1% dan 1,5% akibat terbentuknya tingkat energi pengotor. Karakterisasi XRD menunjukkan bahwa penambahan Cu memengaruhi parameter kisi, momen dipol, dan polarisasi spontan film tipis BST. Uji sifat listrikmenunjukkan bahwa film tipis BST dengan pendadah Cu 1% menghasilkan arus terang tertinggi sebesar 1,54 µA. Uji respon sensor menunjukkan perbedaankeluaran pada kondisi gelap dan terang, sehingga film tipis BST didadahCu(CH3COO)2 berpotensi diaplikasikan sebagai sensor cahaya berbasis struktur Metal–Ferroelectric–Semiconductor (MFS).
       
      This study examines the effect of Cu(CH3COO)2 doping on the optical, crystalline, electrical properties, and light sensor response of Ba0,625Sr0,375TiO3 thin films with variations in concentration (0%; 0,5%; 1%; 1,5%) grown on p-type Si (100) substrates using CSD method via the spin coating technique. The resulting film thickness ranges from 3,403 - 43,214 nm. UV-Vis characterizationshows an increase in the energy band gap at 0,5% Cu doping, which is attributedto changes in crystallinity, lattice distortion, or a reduction in certain defect levels that affect the optical absorption process, followed by a decrease at 1%and 1,5%Cu doping due to the formation of impurity energy levels. XRD characterizationindicates that the addition of Cu effects the lattice parameters, dipole moment, andspontaneous polarization of the BST thin films. Electrical property testing reveals that the BST thin film with 1% Cu doping produces the highest photocurrent of 1,54 µA. Sensor response testing demonstrates distinct outputs under dark andlight conditions, indicating that Cu-doped BST thin films have the potential to be applied as light sensors based on the Metal–Ferroelectric–Semiconductor (MFS) structure.
