dc.description.abstractJamur Cordyceps militaris diketahui mengandung senyawa bioaktif yang berpotensi sebagai analgesik alami dan penambah stamina. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas infusa jamur Cordyceps militaris pada efek analgesik dan peningkatan stamina pada mencit jantan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Tail Flick Immersion Test untuk menguji efek analgesik dan Swimming Endurance Test untuk menguji peningkat stamina. Mencit diberi infusa cordyceps dalam konsentrasi 0% (kontrol), 1%, 5%, 10%, dan 15% selama 14 hari melalui air minum. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Cordyceps militaris mampu meningkatkan stamina mencit secara signifikan dengan konsentrasi tertinggi menunjukkan durasi berenang terlama dibanding kelompok kontrol. Akan tetapi, peningkatan waktu respons terhadap nyeri pada mencit tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bahwa infusa Cordyceps militaris memiliki potensi tinggi sebagai penambah stamina alami, meskipun efek analgesiknya masih tergolong rendah.
dc.description.abstractCordyceps militaris fungi is known to contain bioactive compound with potential as a natural analgesic and stamina enhancer. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of Cordyceps militaris infusion on analgesic effects and stamina enhancement in male mice. The research employed the Tail Flick Immersion Test to assess analgesic effects and the Swimming Endurance Test to evaluate stamina enhancement. Mice were administered cordyceps infusion at concentrations of 0% (control), 1%, 5%, 10%, and 15% for 14 days via drinking water. The results showed that Cordyceps militaris significantly improved stamina in mice, with the highest concentration group exhibiting the longest swimming duration compared to the control group. However, the increase in pain response time in mice was not statistically significant. These findings imply that Cordyceps militaris infusion has strong potential as a natural stamina enhancer, although its analgesic effect remains relatively low.
