dc.description.abstractProses presensi peserta magang pada PT XYZ masih dilakukan secara manual. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan rekapitulasi presensi menjadi kurang efisien, data sulit dipantau secara real-time, berisiko dimanipulasi, serta menyulitkan HR (Human Resources) dan supervisor dalam memantau peserta magang. Selain itu, pengajuan izin juga masih dilaksanakan secara manual yang menyebabkan data izin belum terdokumentasi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem presensi peserta magang berbasis aplikasi mobile bagi peserta magang serta web admin bagi HR dan supervisor. Aplikasi mobile dikembangkan menggunakan Flutter, sedangkan web admin dikembangkan menggunakan Laravel Filament. Sistem ini dibangun dengan metode prototyping. Sistem yang dihasilkan memiliki fitur presensi berbasis verifikasi wajah dan geolokasi, pengajuan izin, dashboard pemantauan, serta ekspor data presensi. Hasil pengujian black box iterasi pertama menunjukkan nilai efektivitas sebesar 97,6% dari total 84 test case dan 100% pada iterasi kedua dari total 10 test case. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, sistem yang dibangun telah berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan fungsional.
dc.description.abstractThe attendance process for internship participants at PT XYZ is still carried out manually. This condition makes attendance recapitulation less efficient, makes data difficult to monitor in real-time, increases the risk of manipulation, and makes it difficult for HR (Human Resources) and supervisors to monitor internship participants. In addition, leave requests are still submitted manually, causing leave data to be poorly documented. This study aims to design and develop an attendance system for internship participants based on a mobile application for internship participants and a web admin platform for HR and supervisors. The mobile application was developed using Flutter, while the web admin platform was developed using Laravel Filament. This system was built using the prototyping method. The resulting system includes attendance features based on facial verification and geolocation, leave request submission, a monitoring dashboard, and attendance data export. The results of black box testing in the first iteration showed an effectiveness score of 97.6% from a total of 84 test cases and 100% in the second iteration from a total of 10 test cases. Based on these results, the developed system has operated in accordance with the functional requirements.
