      Abstract

The Bogor Halimun Salak Geopark Area possesses significant potential for tourism development. However, optimizing this potential requires an information medium capable of disseminating information effectively while adapting to the rapid advancement of digital technology. This final project aims to develop an audiovisual-integrated e-book as an information medium for ten tourism villages within the Bogor Halimun Salak Geopark Area. The e-book development process consisted of three stages: pre-production, production, and post-production. During the post-production stage, the Rule of Six proposed by Walter Murch was applied, encompassing emotion, story, rhythm, eye-trace, two-dimensional plane of space, and three-dimensional space. The results of this project demonstrate that implementing the Rule of Six not only enhances the visual appeal of the e-book but also creates a more interactive and engaging visual narrative. Consequently, the resulting e-book serves as an effective digital information medium to support the dissemination of information and the promotion of tourism villages in the Bogor Halimun Salak Geopark Area.
